Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Item must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Opened or used electronic accessories for hygiene reasons (earbuds, headphones, etc.)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hammerwood1220@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Amount:

  • Product cost will be fully refunded
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund (unless we provided a prepaid label)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at hammerwood1220@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank—processing times vary
