How to Track Your Order

Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number
Click the tracking link in your email, or copy your tracking number and paste it into the carrier's website:

Tracking information is typically updated within 24-48 hours after your order ships. You can check the status anytime to see where your package is.

Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • The email address you used at checkout

Order Status Definitions

  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery truck and will arrive today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the address provided.

Issues with Your Delivery?

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)
  • Contact the carrier directly for more details
